Bonjour
Je viens d’installer Diacamma Syndic et le message d’erreur suivant “Parameter condominium-old-accounting unknown!” apparait et m’empêche d’accéder à tous les menus ou d’entrer des informations. J’ai fait les mises à jour et regardé les FAQ mais n’ai pas trouvé les réponses

Bonjour,

j’ai un problème similaire, j ai mis à jour ma version de Diacamma, mais Diacamma ne se lance plus. J’ai réinstallé 2 fois. Voici les messages que j’ai obtenu lors de l’installation

ou peut on récupérer la version précédente de Diacamma afin de le reinstaller? La dernière version ne veut vraiment pas… Par avance merci. Renaud

Il n’y a pas de mécanisme pour pouvoir revenir en arrière facilement.
De plus, je ne suis pas sur que cela résoudra vos soucis sous macOS.

En effet, j’ai observé qu’il pouvait avoir des soucis de dépendance sour le système d’exploitation d’Apple.
Or, mon gros problème, c’est que je n’ai qu’un vieux MacBook Pro coincé en MacOS X 10.12 (Sierra) et je n’ai plus la capacité de tester et de mettre correctement au point l’installation sous macOS :frowning:

De là, je n’ai pas trop de solution à vous proposé.

  • Soit je le laisse avec avertissement du type “désolé, ca plantouille sour macOS et faut vous débrouiller avec cela”.
  • Soit j’enlève le support et l’installateur macOS du site et on considère que cet OS n’est plus supporté.
  • Soit un “geek” en macOS veux bien se pencher sur cette problématique pour m’aider à remonter un installateur récent qui marche

merci pour votre retour. J ai a nouveau réinstaller et cela marche à nouveau mise `a part une erreur python au démarrage.
il serait dommage d’arrêter pour macOS. La solution avec un avertissement, et la possibilité de télécharger/reinstaller une ancienne version qui marchait serait un bon compromis non?
